Thank you for shopping with Done For You PNG. We work hard to provide high-quality digital designs that are ready for your creative projects.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • PNG, SVG, or other digital design files

  • Instant downloads

  • Digital bundles

  • Membership downloads

  • Files purchased in error

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Compatibility issues with software, printers, cutting machines, or other equipment

Please carefully review the product description and file details before completing your purchase.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Membership fees for Done For You PNG are generally non-refundable.

You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future recurring charges. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation of a membership does not provide a refund for previous membership payments or files already accessed or downloaded.

Accidental or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order or membership payment, please contact us so we can review the transaction.

If we confirm that a duplicate charge occurred because of a billing or technical error, we will work to correct the issue.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Files

We want you to receive the files you purchased.

If your download is missing, corrupted, or you receive the wrong file, please contact us with your order information. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a corrected or replacement file.

A technical problem with a file does not automatically qualify for a refund if we are able to provide a working replacement.

Before Purchasing

Please make sure that:

  • You have reviewed the product description.

  • You understand that you are purchasing a digital product and no physical item will be shipped.

  • The file format is compatible with the software or equipment you intend to use.

  • You understand the licensing terms associated with the design.

Colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, printer, ink, transfer material, garment, and other production settings. Differences in printed colors are not considered defects in the digital file.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when required by applicable law or when we determine that an exceptional circumstance has occurred.

Approval of a refund in one situation does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar circumstances in the future.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We would appreciate the opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
